Facility Operations Manager
Manage capital improvement projects including hiring and managing all contractors.
Research, recommend, purchase, and oversee the installation of new equipment.
Train employees on use of equipment including safety requirements.
Manage preventative maintenance programs, and contractors, for all facility equipment.
Manage facility compost, trash, recycling, and pest controls programs.
Develop safety programs and conduct safety training.
Develop contingency plans for critical equipment, and act to mitigate risk proactively to avoid downtime.
Ensure office, break room and dock are kept clean and organized.
