Provide technical sales support in a fast paced environment. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with IT decision makers within assigned accounts. Perform technical presentations and demos for customers, partners and prospects. Communicate highly technical concepts enthusiastically to a variety of audiences, including executive level technical decision-makers, and follow up with technical staff in all areas. Set up demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers and prospects. Stay up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services. Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
