Coordinate timing, assets, and plans between stakeholders and the Operations team.
Create concessions, tracking for URLs, and other back-end items needed to create campaigns.
Maintain presentations with latest email screenshots and sending details.
Manage segments, dynamic lists, and naming/organization for email/push campaigns in Braze (our Email Service Provider).
Test, provide feedback, and help troubleshoot email and push programs.
