Track and maintain a calendar of MTT deadlines for all planogram updates and give weekly recaps to the team, DMM & VP, & the MTT Team on any status concerns.
Develop strong relationships with internal teams and brands, and follow up with the brands on their deliverables in the process, such as entering sku information into PIM, add/delete lists, exited item disposition, etc.Involve the Buyer, DMM, or VP as appropriate, with a recommended course of action (ie push out a planogram, etc) if a brand is not able to achieve milestones on time.
Develop a strong relationship with the merchant team and merchandising admins, and ensure that we are also completing our deliverables on time.
