Data Analyst
We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to help support our company's merchandising efforts by providing reliable data and building new systems. Our team works on a variety of initiatives, such as helping to prioritize merchandising opportunities based on existing product sales or analyzing and reporting on publishing workflows to minimize throughput time and rework.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop business solutions that align with strategy and represent customer needs understood through data analysis and research
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor customer impact and operational progress
- Write clean and well-documented queries
- Conduct analyses of customer behavioral data to draw trends and identify opportunities
- Evaluate solutions that enable teammates to solve problems not currently supported by existing tools or that influence how our business focuses efforts to maximize customer impact
- Validate the impact of key metrics on long-term business objectives in a statistically rigorous manner

- Strong analytical & critical thinking ability
- Demonstrated ability and interest in using data to drive business decisions
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Office
- Experience writing clean and well-documented code
- 1-2 years of professional experience in related fields such as analytics, data science, or other similar areas
- Experience with 1-2 statistical methods used in data analysis, such as decision trees, clustering, A/B analysis, or regression
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Quantitative Methods (Social Science) or related field
- Preferred: HTML, Javascript, Neo4J, NumPy, pandas

Be Rewarded
The starting pay range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for Cash Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (DPS) contributions.
