As a Data Orchestration Lead, you will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge Data Orchestration solutions, leveraging PEGA and integrating with S4 systems. Your role involves planning, executing initiatives, managing strategy and technology capabilities, and ensuring seamless integration of data processes across teams. You will also be responsible for cost control, product fit for purpose, and promoting new solutions delivery. This role requires a 4-Year Degree in Data Management or IT with 10+ years of experience in Data Management/Data transformation, 5+ years in Agile, and experience in partnering with business functions on transformations.

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the rollout of o9 across the globe. Collaborate closely with project leadership, global design, and regional delivery teams. Manage training strategy, delivery, content creation, stakeholder management, and performance measurement.
