A team of Chicago Booth students recently launched “TalentStreet”, a start-up that allows companies, especially SMB's, to leverage MBA talent to solve their business challenges at a fraction of the costs of full-time hiring or management consulting.

Companies at Built In Chicago are surely exposed to a variety of projects where employing top MBA’s would be beneficial. We offer the flexibility of hiring students and graduates for short-term assignments with zero recruiting and administrative costs. Moreover, the team only gets paid once they achieve the milestones that you have set.

Here is how it works. After you submit a project on www.talent-street.com, we collect bids from both interested individuals and teams, and you make the final selection - reviewing backgrounds and proposed project budgets. We take care of the confidentiality and scope agreements, as well as other administrative tasks. As the project progresses, you pay candidates directly as they deliver according to the agreed upon scope of the project.

If you would like to post a project or learn more, visit  www.talent-street.com. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or feedback.

Thank you,

Art
