CloudCraze, the enterprise eCommerce platform built natively on the Salesforce Platform, has hired three seasoned industry leaders as sales directors in order to continue CloudCraze’s rapid momentum into 2016. These strategic hires have worked with some of the B2B’s largest players, including Accenture, SAP, and Salesforce.

The new senior hires will be responsible for expanding business territory and driving sales development for the CloudCraze solution across the U.S. Mike Connolly will support the Northeast Region, while Steve Drane will focus in the Central Region-East, and Andy Peebler in the West Region.

The company’s expansion of sales initiatives on a nationwide scale is a result of record growth in 2015. CloudCraze successfully completed implementations with several Fortune 500 and global companies, including Avid Technology and Barry Callebaut, and was recognized in the Forrester Wave™: B2B Commerce Suites, Q2 2015.

Connolly has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software application sales at emerging software companies. He joins CloudCraze after working with several market competitors, including Success Factors (which was acquired by SAP), Ariba, and Epiphany. Previous experience also includes more than two years leading enterprise accounts at Salesforce.com, making him an excellent candidate for the Salesforce-based eCommerce platform.

Drane has more than 25 years of sales experience including roles at six early-stage startups that eventually went public or were acquired. He comes to CloudCraze with expertise in a wide range of technology, including B2B, CRM, Software-as-a-Service and cloud. In addition, Drane has extensive background within various B2B industries, including healthcare, CPG, manufacturing and retail, which will be pivotal as CloudCraze broadens its scope of work within these verticals.

Peebler also brings nearly 20 years of sales experience from leadership roles at digital firms such as Accenture and Acquity Group. During this time, he led both sales and delivery of project work as the company expanded in the Western U.S. with six new offices. Most recently, Peebler served as Chief Revenue Officer of the Digital Services Group at ICF International.

“We are pleased to welcome this new set of talent as we ramp up our expansion efforts in 2016,” said Ray Grady, executive vice president at CloudCraze. “As sales directors, Connelly, Drane and Peebler will play key roles in expanding CloudCraze’s market share by capitalizing on the benefits of CloudCraze’s unique offerings to the B2B space: eCommerce on Salesforce.”

This announcement comes on the heels of another major key hire, Mike Harvat, who will lead sales and business development in the Central Region of the U.S.
