Hey there, Chicago!
I just wanted to introduce myself and my company to the community here. I’m Cole Harper, founder and CEO of SceneTap.
A little background in case you aren’t familiar with us: SceneTap gives bar owners real-time info on their patrons, a way to measure their marketing and promotion efforts, and a platform to send out exclusive deals. At the same time, we provide bar goers with real-time information, including male-to-female ratio, average age and crowd size via our free app for iPhone, Android and the Web. We launched in Chicago in July, and we’ll be expanding to other major cities across the U.S. soon. We have 50 bars in Chicago signed up for the service and more than 250 around the country. We’ve been getting some great press and a lot of good feedback on the app so far, and we’re excited about what the future holds for us.
