Chicago area caregivers and staff are invited to the Chicagoland CNA and Caregiver Appreciation Day, Friday June 16th. Hosted by Caregiverlist® and the Midwestern Career College, the free event coincides with the 40th Annual National Nursing Assistants Week.
Located downtown on the Chicago river at the Midwestern Career College, caregivers are invited to participate in free training workshops, Alive Inside music and memory training, and many other activities.
Free food, massages and prizes are available in celebration of caregivers, the "specialists in the art of caring". Caregivers may also learn about free tuition for CNA classes.
