My name is Matt Diehl and I am the Lead Copywriter/Editor for truCrowd Inc.
truCrowd Inc. is a Title III equity crowdfunding portal headquartered at 209 W. Jackson. For those of you unfamiliar with Title III equity crowdfunding, it is one of the legislations yet to be enacted from the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act (JOBS Act) of 2012. Title III will allow all U.S. non-accredited investors the chance to invest in companies like yours in exchange of equity.
Why am I here today?
I am looking for Chicago startups who are considering raising funds via equity crowdfunding. With such a robust startup community in Chicago I want to interview and feature local startups and entrepreneurs in a blog series.
