Interview with ContextMedia Founders Rishi Shah & Shradha Agarwal

I hope you’ll join me for the next event in our Tales for the Trenches series Thursday, August 11, from 6-8pm. I’m especially excited about this one – we’re turning the tables and putting ContextMedia CEO Rishi Shah in the hotseat, along with Rishi’s co-founder, ContextMedia President Shradha Agarwal. I’ll be interviewing Rishi and Shradha, asking about their journeys, their a-ha moments, their passions, and their struggles along the way.

Rishi and Shradha met as undergraduates at Northwestern University and soon collaborated to co-found Northwestern Business Review, a print publication still sold globally. The two created ContextMedia together in 2006, which has grown into the world’s largest digital health information company. ContextMedia helps people living with chronic diseases and delivers pertinent information to these individuals to improve health outcomes.

ContextMedia is the fastest growing, most dynamic healthcare IT company in the Midwest. The company’s products are in more than 25,000 physician offices; they work with 33 of the top 35 life sciences companies, and they generated over $65 million in revenue in 2015 – growing more than 100% since the previous year. The startup was named one of Forbes’ Most Promising Companies in America in 2015; Rishi was the youngest person ever to be recognized on Crain’s Chicago 40-under-40 list; and Shradha was named Prominent Woman in Tech at the 2015 CityLIGHTS awards.

It’s sure to be a great conversation. Click here for more details and the registration link. I hope you’ll join us!
