Hello all --

Thanks to Kathryn Auerbach, Director of Development at MCIC, for directing me here and suggesting I join.

In short, I work for AOL and the Huffington Post Media Group during the day, but at night I run a couple of crowdsourcing sites out of my company Odd Hours Media, LLC.

The sites: ItWasOverWhen.com: Tales of Romantic Dead Ends and ItWasLoveWhen.com: Tales from the Beginning of Love. Both sites went viral very quickly and in late 2009, Sourcebooks signed the sites to a two-book deal.

It Was Over When -- the book -- landed me in all sort of weird, wonderful places -- including Last Call with Carson Daly and OWN's The Gayle King Show. The book version of It Was Love When is out now, though the media push will be in February, to coincide with Valentine's Day events, etc.

Right now, I don't have mobile apps to go with the sites -- but I'm interested in finding partners to help me develop them and future properties.
