Hello again, Chicago. It’s been awhile since we at Personify introduced ourselves and our flagship product, Personify Live, back in November. Since then, we have had many exciting developments, including a trip to International CES in Las Vegas to debut our upcoming product Personify Chat. Recently, however, there are two new announcements that I’d like to highlight.
First, I’d like to introduce the Built in Chicago community to David Dahlberg, Personify’s new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Dave, who may be familiar to many of you, is well known in Chicago and brings veteran marketing experience to our growing sales and marketing initiatives.
Dave’s 15 years of experience bringing technology to the enterprise will sharpen our sales and marketing initiatives and strategically position us for growth. At his previous position with Model Metrics, Dave helped drive eight-fold growth and facilitated a successful acquisition by salesforce.com. He is also the founder of Marketing Lucidity, a company dedicated to helping B2B organizations more effectively manage demand generation. We are thrilled to bring Dave on board and fully expect his years of sales, marketing and CRM experience to benefit Personify in a number of ways.
As for the second announcement: we’re on the move! Last week we opened our brand new office in River North, located at 220 W. Huron with an exciting ribbon cutting ceremony. The Chicago office, which is now officially our headquarters, joins our other offices in Champaign, Ill. and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
As we all know, Chicago is growing to become a tech hub with unlimited potential. By opening an office in the middle of it all, we at Personify feel that we can benefit from the numerous opportunities for growth, advancement and networking.
Additionally we have plans to increase our number of employees by fifty percent in the next six months.
