It’s a new month! It is already August and here at Sales Engine, we are changing gears. July was all about productivity and personal motivation. We wanted to provide you, our readers, with different ways of thinking about your workflow and tips that have helped us get a handle on how to use our time wisely. This month, we are focusing on the sales management perspective of keeping a sales team happy and motivated. I am sure you all can think back to that one manager in your past (or present) that really made an impact. You liked working for her, you learned an unbelievable amount from her, and you became a better person and employee with her encouragement and leadership. If you are a sales manager, I am sure you strive to be that kind of person for those that you manage. Hear about one of Craig Wortmann’s favorite management stories:

We want to hear from you this month! If you are a manager, what do you do to make sure your salespeople are happy on a consistent basis? And if you are a salesperson yourself, what could your boss do to keep you motivated day in and day out?
