TableSAVVY, Chicago's last minute dining reservation service (with 30% off every meal), has been preparing for an app release. The combination of a last minute business model and service where customers are increasingly deciding where to eat while "on the go" makes TableSAVVY the perfect candidate for launching a mobile solution.

TableSAVVY iOS also brings new functionality to the high-end dining service with geo-targeting solutions to find available restaurants near your current location, ability to follow your favorite restaurants and receive optional notifications only when those restaurants have availability, and map guidance to your restaurant destination.

We have long envisioned this launch as "TableSAVVY 2.0". It's the technology and design improvements we wanted to make after running the business for a while and raising enough funding to pay for those improvements. Today's app launch is accompanied by a redesigned website and logo to bring home the idea of this next big step in our company's development.

Already having an impressive list of high-end restaurant partners and an exclusive marketing partnership with Chicago magazine, it's certainly exciting to see how releasing a mobile solution will increase business for TableSAVVY. The business is naturally viral with one person booking a table for 2-8 people. That means 1-7 others at the table could download the app on the spot if it comes up in conversation.
