Peer to Peer's methodology engages with industry experts in the same role, position, or title of our clients job openings. Peer-to-Peers industry experts or XpeerTs receive the job details and start finding, reiewing, and interviewing candidates. During this vetting, our XpeerTs are attempting to qualify the candidates out of the hiring process. Peer-to-Peer then receives only the most exacting, qualified, candidates available. In turn, our clients are then provided with candidates that have been Peer reviewed by industry experts working in the same role of the opening.
