<p class="rtecenter">RentalBeacon.com was founded in 2011 and is located in Chicago, IL. &nbsp;Our staff realized from first-hand experience that communication between tenants and property managers was, for lack of a better word, terrible.&nbsp; The rental community is still relying on outdated communication methods such as a "community cork board", announcements posted in the elevator, and papers being slid under tenant doors.&nbsp; Our goal is to help property managers save time and money by letting tenants receive messages using technology that they already have such as; computers, cell phones, and tablets.&nbsp; In addition, we have created resident software for tenants that help make the renting experience easier and more enjoyable.&nbsp; This resident software includes features like the <a href="http://www.rentalbeacon.com/building-marketplace-information">online building marketplace</a>, <a href="http://www.rentalbeacon.com/document-storage">document storage</a>, <a href="http://www.rentalbeacon.com/building-reviews">building reviews</a> and more.</p><p class="rtecenter">Our company is structured as two co-founders and we utilize international outsourced labor to take care of our costs.&nbsp; We are the ultimate "Lean" Startup and are 100% bootstrapped from within.&nbsp; Lucky for us, each of us have our own specialty.&nbsp; Ron is Marketing, Bob is sales.&nbsp; Most people agree that this is the backbone of any organization and we are both successful in our respective trade.&nbsp; Ron works at a highly respected internet marketing firm in Chicago (Performics) while being an adjunct professor for IADT instructing Internet Marketing courses.&nbsp; Bob is a regional sales manager at MSDSOnline.</p><p class="rtecenter">The website officially launched in April 2012 and we have already garnished quite a few users for the website.&nbsp; In addition, we have some properties signed on and have created a "buzz" in the property management community.&nbsp; Our goal is to eventually get enough funding to work full-time on our website and expand our reach to international levels.</p><p class="rtecenter"><u><strong><a href="http://www.RentalBeacon.com">RentalBeacon - Rental communication, simplified.</a></strong></u></p><p class="rtecenter">&nbsp;</p>
