The Litigation Counsel at Flexport will lead litigation strategy for commercial disputes, represent the company in various venues, engage with outside counsel, and manage all matters related to commercial disputes. This role requires 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation with knowledge of supply chain and transportation industries.
