Prior to joining Tovala as VP of Marketing where she leads the company's acquisition and retention marketing efforts, she was the Director of Marketing at Toptal, VP of Marketing at Chicago-based customer loyalty platform Belly, and Content Marketing Manager for San Francisco-based Base CRM.
Brian Lastovich, Director of Acquisition, SpotHero
A native Chicagoan and former Silicon Valley resident, Brian has spent his 10+ working years growing technology companies - DialogTech (formerly Ifbyphone), Base CRM and SpotHero. At both Dialogtech and Base CRM, Brian was employee #2 in the marketing department and was a key contributor to driving growth initiatives at each company. Brian has built his success on crafting methods for finding, reaching, and learning from customers in order to grow the customer base and get more value from marketing dollars. He is currently at SpotHero as the Director of Acquisition where he oversees an acquisition team focused on Search Engine Optimization, Paid Search, Facebook Marketing, Display, Content Marketing and Radio.
Aimee Schuster, CMO, Miller Heiman Group
Aimee Schuster specializes in establishing and scaling marketing departments for B2B and SaaS organizations, particularly in the realm of technology. In her work she routinely oversees all demand/lead generation, content, public relations, social media, business development and client communications. Earlier in her career, Schuster served as the vice president of Marketing at Yello.co, and worked for the business development group at the global law firm DLA Piper. She holds Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in public communication from American University; has served as an adjunct marketing professor at Columbia College Chicago; and most recently launched and co-chairs the Illinois Technology Association’s Women Influence Chicago Initiative.
