The Illinois Technology Association (ITA) Tech Challenge is a programming, coding skills, and teamwork competition for current female-identifying students in the U.S. More than just a competition, it’s really about making new connections - with women from different universities and women leaders at some of Chicago’s best technology companies.

After the qualifying challenge, the overall top 40 scorers are invited to Chicago for the Final Challenge. In the Final Challenge, teams will collaborate with mentors to solve a social impact problem. In addition to connecting with companies, the Final Challenge offers cash prizes - First-place receives $10,000.
