As an Operations Analyst in our Chicago office, you’ll help manage the day-to-day operations of our cryptoasset trading business. You will work closely with a variety of internal teams and external counterparties and exchanges to efficiently manage daily workflows and continually refine operational procedures.

The position of an Operations Analyst requires a general understanding of IT systems and Service Management processes, along with a solid business sense and very strong customer service skills. A primary objective of this position is to serve as a liaison between CCC’s internal IT support teams, our customers and vendors. The Operations Analyst will assist in workflow coordination, system level communication, operational support and overall administration of IT services that are key to the ability to meet our customers' needs. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a systems or IT services related position. They should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused, team environment. Experience working with internal and external customers in an operational environment. Knowledge of and/or experience with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework would be a plus.

The Partnerships team seeks to increase brand awareness, distribution, and reach of Root efficiently by fostering strategic relationships with enterprise companies (“partners”). You will play a key role in driving strategic business insights and tackling complex forecasting and behavioral segmentation problems to unlock new partnership opportunities.
You will work closely with the business development, marketing, and product teams to create dashboards and analytics to track business KPIs and deliver actionable analysis. Develop and distribute ad-hoc reports and internal performance management reports.
Segmentation, targeting, execution and analysis of customer communication campaigns.
Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements and automations that contribute to efficiencies.
Create and update Standard Operating Procedures for the Servicing & Collections department.
