Keasy is a virtual 401(k) advisor that provides consumers access to customized 401(k) advice across multiple employer accounts. Keasy is offered to consumers as an annual online subscription service. For $36 per year, per plan consumers can access their customized allocations and set alerts for rebalancing and market updates on their terms.

As of December 2010, the U.S. 401(k) market consisted of approximately $3.0 trillion in assets on behalf of 51 million workers across over 500,000 employer plans. The average account balance was $60,329, but 75% of participants have account balances below the average.
