Greetings BIC!
We're excited to announce that our company's Selection Management System platform, which was officially launched on August 1st, 2011, has been given McClean & Company's Innovation Award for our patent-pending approach to hiring and selection.
Please join me in congratulating Margot Baill, our Product Director, whose leadership and ability to deliver a just right feature set over the past year has made all the difference. And a big thank-you goes out to the entrepreneurs and advisors who have provided invaluable guidance these past months. Chicago's expanding startup infrastructure is making a huge difference in our ability to turn vision into reality.
This recognition is all the more gratifying for our team because we were evaluated against the 800-pounders in our space, namely Taleo, Kenexa, iCIMS, and SuccessFactors. While we still have a long way to go, its a huge win for us in our quest to define and own the market for data-driven hiring platforms.
