Gener8tor will give Optyn and the other winning teams a seed investment,12 weeks of mentorship, and the opportunity to present their company on Launch Day - the coming out party set for August 29, 2013 at Milwaukee's Turner Hall. Hundreds of investors and entrepreneurs from Wisconsin and neighboring states will be present.

Optyn, which was co-founded by Alen Malkoc and Lou Morales, gives consumers control over the marketing messages they receive.  This will help eliminate spam and all the time wasted on unwanted emails. Optyn also benefits businesses by giving them simple, easy, and automated tools to quickly create campaigns that are relevant to and engage their users. Optyn is currently in private beta.  The public beta is set to launch in July.

Alen and Lou have had successful ventures in the past and recently navigated Dealster.com, a previous start-up, to a successful exit in January 2012.
