Today, G2 Crowd released the first ever crowdsourced Social Media Management standings. The standings are compiled into a Grid, which ranks vendors based on unbiased reviews from peers and real-time social data.
HootSuite earned the highest overall Satisfaction Score and was named a Leader along with TweetDeck due to their high user satisfaction and scale. Chicago's Sprout Social was named a High Performer along with GroSocial, AgoraPulse, Buffer, and Sendible. High Performers also received high customer satisfaction scores but had lower scale scores than the Leaders.
Over 350 reviews contributed to the report which is highlighted by the Grid, how likely customers are to recommend to a colleague, and overall customer satisfaction.
