Account Manager, Digital Agency

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive website experience testing and advancements for our hosted e-commerce desktop and mobile sites supporting the Paid Search programs. Previous experience in website strategy and testing desired. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute innovative digital response marketing efforts that drive sales and improve customer conversion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage planning, development and execution of strategic marketing programs, working with media and business analytics teams. You will be the ‘go-to’ person for day-to-day program management.
- Drive day-to-day executional internal leadership against prioritized projects and activities, ensuring establishment of and alignment back to overall business objectives and strategies.
- Work with internal teams for proposal and client presentation development including data mining, data presentations (charts, graphs, etc.), competitor research, and providing insights to inform and educate the client.
- Owns daily performance review and collaboration with media and business analytics to discuss results, implications and identification of next steps.
- Lead client status calls including weekly client performance reporting and meeting agendas.
- Monitor weekly budgets and goals and partner with internal teams to adjust program efforts to achieve these goals.
- Ensure alignment of strategy across the consumer journey (from media to site experience) through partnership with internal client account team partners.
- Alignment of internal client teams to deliver against client marketing goals; maintaining attention to detail and high quality of work.
- Remain current on competitive landscape; identify opportunities and threats and make program recommendations accordingly.
- Strategically lead site experience including desktop and mobile sites supporting paid search.
- Drive learning agenda to enhance online user experience and pilot new technologies
- Work closely with the Marketing Insights and Operations teams to define and implement testing strategies.
Qualifications:
The Account Manager must have solid understanding of the paid search consumer marketplace and response-driven tactics. We are looking for someone who is comfortable thinking strategically and analyzing performance in a continually evolving, dynamic environment. You must be able to build relationships with not only our clients, but internally as well. - 3-5+ years of digital response marketing. Digital agency experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of paid search strategy, marketing analytics and digital marketing.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven relationship building skills and client interaction experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams; including media and analytics.
- Proactive mindset and the ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- A college degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.
