Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Processing invoices from the Sales ERP system to the accounting system
• Review processed invoices to ensure accuracy
• Send invoices to customers and respond to follow-up inquires
• Work closely with the Revenue Manager and Global Accounting staff to ensure customer needs are met
• Record and review journal entries surrounding the invoice process
• Be part of a collaborative, fast-paced, get-it-done environment
• Analyze and research financial information
• Assist with monthly end closing and processing journal entries
• Support monthly audits

Skills & Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of accounting theory
• 1+ year of accounting experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
