About The Position

As part of the Marketing group here at Raise, you will be part of an exciting team tasked with helping plan and implement specific strategic goals as well as assist with optimizing our dynamic and fast-growing affiliate program.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in affiliate marketing and data analysis and is passionate about digital marketing. The overall goal is to help drive new customers, and increase traffic and revenue by strategically leveraging various aspects of the affiliate marketing landscape. Working closely with the internal marketing team, this role will also help define and execute strategies in order to increase brand awareness and drive revenue opportunities. In addition, this role will work closely in partnership with the Marketing Manager and Sr. Affiliate Manager to execute specific affiliate marketing strategies that will yield high return for Raise and help grow our market share.

 

Responsibilities

  • Compile weekly marketing updates including (but not limited to) special offers, codes and placements for delivery to team leads
  • Analyze affiliate performance to identify opportunities and optimize specific campaigns
  • Report on key metrics / KPIs, help track pacing against goals and ROI for affiliate campaigns
  • Assist with monthly billing reconciliation for the affiliate program
  • Develop and maintain tier 2 affiliate relationships
  • Assist with approval process for new affiliate relationships
  • Monthly affiliate site audits
  • Research and resolve publisher inquiries
  • Assist with additional affiliate and marketing projects as needed
  • Travel 1-2% for industry conferences

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in marketing or advertising
  • Must have strong analytical and strategic marketing skills
  • At least 2-3 years professional experience in an affiliate marketing role
  • Experience working with affiliate agencies (i.e. Rakuten Affiliate Network, CJ Affiliate by Conversant, ShareASale etc.) a plus
  • A good understanding of performance marketing and/or digital marketing
  • Real-life examples of success in driving business growth goals with a proven track record in account management
  • Experience in additional marketing roles a plus
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well within a team and across various departments and seniority levels
  • Creative self-starter, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
