The Senior Analyst, Compensation & Analytics will support the HR organization by supporting the compensation practices and procedures, enable the gathering of HR data for use in effective decision making, as well as support the HR function through ad hoc projects and requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering the core processes and operational components of ongoing compensation programs, working with key stakeholder groups such as Payroll, Finance, IT and other HR departments. 
• Ensure plans are in compliance with legislative requirements and internal policies
• Gather and obtain compensation and financial data to conduct modeling, and to produce reports and key metrics that support analysis and decision making.
• Analyze data for quality and resolve integrity issues across stakeholders
• Evaluate and make recommendations on current job architecture structure upon which jobs will be evaluated and benchmarked. Diagnose and resolve escalated issues on job titling, leveling and pay based on a consistent methodology and structure.
• Help develop creative solutions for cross-departmental reporting/analysis challenges
• Provide consultation and support to senior management and HR partners.
• Assist with special projects, adhoc requests and ongoing training and communication of the company’s compensation programs. Provide support for other HR and company initiatives as needed (e.g. payroll, regulatory filings, audits)

Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/BS in finance, accounting or business related field 
• 1-2 years of direct experience in compensation
• Experience with analytics and reporting
• Strong MS office skills – especially Excel
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to all levels of an organization
• Ability to problem solve

• Computer savvy and confident utilizing new technologies 
• Organized, motivated, and process-driven 
• Ability to handle confidential matters with sound judgment and professional discretion 
• Ability to work in a collaborative and independent setting
• Experience in the software technology sector 
• Exposure to certificate or certification programs
