This role reports to the Director of Marketing. You are responsible for conceiving, designing, executing and managing every aspect of analyst relations needs. You have hands-on responsibility for our visibility and day-to-day engagement with external communities.

This role is new for Aginity so the word “pioneer” ought to be in your vocabulary. Successful pioneers are revered and well-paid (as well they should be) but none are completely void of battle scars. Of course we expect excellence from you. Who doesn’t? But we expect you to come with more than a few bruises from projects that did not go so well. Nothing predicts future success more firmly than prior success born out of failure.

To excel with Aginity you must crave the opportunity to have your “fingerprints” all over the company. You must want to say: “Aginity is a better company because of me and I can plainly see my contributions”.

We are small enough that there are no weeds in which to hide and every person’s contribution counts. We are growing—you can still fittingly call this a “ground-floor” opportunity. We are led by entrepreneurs who have built successful companies. We reward well each one of our top performers.
