Overview:   

The Analytics Manager plays critical role in driving ongoing performance and change throughout our clients through strategic thinking and actionable insights. The Analytics Manager will develop innovative solutions that address client and marketplace challenges. The successful candidate will be consult with client and internal stakeholders to develop integrated views of the participant across paid, owned and earned media while developing strategies to maximize performance and participation.

  1. Contributes to the development of Measurement & Learning plans in partnership with the account team
  2. Directs & manages the workflow of M&L plans, including integration across departments
  3. Identifies strategic areas for optimization by acting as an integration point across account management, ad-ops, bid strategy, BI and engineering
  4. Responsible for KPI development
  5. Participates independently in weekly/monthly client calls, leads analytics focused calls
  6. Manages and/or mentors Sr Analysts, Analysts & Bid Strategists
  7. Develops and manages best practices contributing to the growth of the department and agency
  8. Development and refinement of key products

Role Objectives:

  1. Partner with publishers and technology platforms to develop and implement innovative solutions to performance marketing
  2. Work within a collaborative team to address client and industry challenges
  3. Link media and content strategies with customer analytics to build personalized connections between brands and participants

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics or economics, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5 - 10 years of business experience in Interactive Marketing (search, display, email, website analytics) and/or Management Consulting
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Moderate to advanced statistical modeling experience including predictive modeling, customer segmentation and test design, experience with SPSS/SAS a plus
  • Experience in competitive analysis and consumer insights utilizing custom research and online panel services (eg: comScore, Hitwise, Nielsen, Radian6)
  • High competency level in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks
