bswift is a Chicago-based technology company that provides industry leading benefits administration for employers and exchanges nationwide. We are currently looking for Product Analyst to join our growing team in downtown Chicago! The Product Analyst will work with our Product Management team to troubleshoot product issues, define future product enhancements and test new features prior to release.

Responsibilities of the Product Analyst:

· Investigate and resolve product issues

· Liaise with other business groups including Client Services, Sales, Marketing and Software Development to assist with product questions

· Perform quality testing of the product prior to new product releases

· Contribute to product specifications to help define feature and functionality requirements

· Communicate global product issues to the appropriate areas of the company

Required Qualifications of the Product Analyst:

· Experience in troubleshooting software issues

· Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel

· Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment

· Ability to work well bot individually and with others

Preferred Qualifications of the Product Analyst:

· Microsoft SQL

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree desired
