We are looking for an associate creative director with a background in art direction and design to lead the conceptualization and execution of a wide array of initiatives. You'll develop and grow brand identities. You'll design digital user experiences and traditional print campaigns. And you'll have the opportunity to mentor and build a team while staying hands-on in the work.

• 7 years of art direction / design experience in an agency, preferably 3+years  in a leadership role
• Expertise developing creative solutions through conceptualization and collaboration with writers and other strategists
• Experience developing and managing brands with some relevance to B2B audiences
• Experience in digital design with thorough understanding of UI / UX principles
• Experience conceptualizing and directing the execution of print campaigns
• Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail while meeting demanding deadlines
• Experience leading strategic brainstorming sessions, developing campaigns and directing creative execution
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
