 Overview:

The Associate Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for understanding what activities increase customer generation from our database and using inbound marketing tactics such as email, social media to add value through content, resources, and other calls-to-action.  You will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and nurturing, and database management and analysis.  The Associate Manager, Digital Marketing will also be responsible for driving traffic to the brand website and acquiring leads through paid search, display, and native marketing strategies/campaigns. 

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Events and Communications teams to integrate marketing programs
  • Manage the strategy and setup of all paid and digital media campaigns.
  • Craft landing pages and lead-gen forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve marketing conversion funnel performance.
  • Create processes and naming conventions that boost efficiency, focus, and inform our strategy.
  • Manage and optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, digital media, and data analysis.
  • Execute effective email marketing campaigns in support of product launches, new product features, events and trade shows, and other marketing goals
  • Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including segmented lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
Required Skills:
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve and expand our digital media strategy and presence on the Web
  • Experience working within automation systems such as Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot or any others.
  • Oversee project activities on a day-to-day basis to ensure on-time completion of planned tasks
  • Proactively communicate status and identify issues affecting overall ability to complete tasks within agreed schedules; do so in a timely manner
  • Complete business requirements and analysis as related to project scope
  • Create project status reports and deliver status updates to stakeholders and project participants
  • Work proactively in managing internal customer expectations
  • Provide accurate estimations for deliverables
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and reviews
  • Tremendous attention to detail and copy editing skills
  • Business fundamentals and project management skills
  • Exceptional ability to see projects through all phases of implementation while maintaining timelines and staying on budget
  • Ability to thrive independently with a high degree of autonomy, as well as in a cooperative, diverse group with specific, set objectives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional settings
