We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Product Management team! Reporting to the Director of Product for Canvas, and working closely with the Senior Product Manager for Assessment, this position will be the day-to-day “go-to” on the continued development and execution of our testing tools to effectively assess and measure learning in and out of the classroom.
This position can be located in Chicago, IL or Salt Lake City, UT.
- Working with product leadership on the management and execution of the product vision for Canvas’ assessment tools.
- Organizing and prioritizing the day-to-day work within our Agile environment - shipping product!
- Supporting the collaboration with other product teams to provide consistent, data-informed, user experiences across all of our educational products.
- A BA/BS degree in a related field; Master’s degree is nice to have.
- 1 to 2 years experience in product management or in the execution of large projects.
- 3+ years experience in education and/or assessment is awesome.
- A passion for building elegant products--especially those in educational assessment.
- A driven self-starter who can collaborate on a vision and organize to execute.
- Excellent organization and communication skills--it’s all in the details.
