We’re looking for an Audience Acquisition Manager to help grow our audience through organic and paid marketing campaigns.  You’ll be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing programs across social media, search, and third-party partnerships to connect with new users who are interested in learning as a lifestyle.  In addition, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to support content, product, and sales initiatives to connect with appropriate audiences.

Responsibilities:

- Develop the strategy for acquisition marketing campaigns in order to meet or exceed business goals

- Autonomously own marketing campaigns from end to end – manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, content and design, planning, testing, build and execution as well as reporting on campaign results

- Manage marketing budgets

- Research and develop partnerships with relevant third parties, extending Curiosity’s reach to new audiences

- Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal Content, Product, and Partnerships teams

Desired Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or journalism

- 3+ years of proven experience with acquisition or subscriber growth marketing. Should be able to provide specific examples of acquiring and retaining users for a service

- In-depth experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business, AdWords; social media platforms, monitoring and scheduling tools; paid acquisition platforms; content management systems

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data to develop and measure campaigns, underpinned by strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

- Keen attention to detail

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

- Energetic team player who is eager to help a young business grow
