In this role you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing programs that generate new leads, nurture existing prospects and help drive engagement and retention with existing restaurant partners. The individual will support multiple programs across various marketing channels (including email, direct mail, display media, webinar campaigns, events/conferences, etc.). This position has a direct impact on our marketing strategy and will be supporting a fast-growing sales team.

Some Challenges You’ll Tackle
  • Build and execute integrated marketing programs
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop campaign assets including emails, digital assets,  videos and presentations, and direct mail pieces
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategy, including the development of case studies, whitepapers, surveys, videos, etc.
  • Manage relationships with key industry associations and professional groups
  • Build campaigns through segmentation; understanding how to leverage data to target key audiences
  • Manage agencies and prioritize work streams.
  • Manage digital assets including website, blog and campaign landing pages
  • Work across departments and functional roles, including sales, account management, marketing, IT and product, to successfully move projects to completion while being a tireless internal advocate for our restaurant partners  
You Should Have
  • Bachelors degree in a related concentration
  • At least 3-5 years in B2B marketing
  • Experience marketing for a technology company a big plus
  • Must be willing to travel as needed
  • Dedication to setting and achieving quantifiable goals for all projects
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Proven project management skills and agile multi-tasker
  • Experience in planning & executing events
  • Experience in Salesforce (or similar CRM tool) is a big plus
  • Experience in marketing automation software (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) is a big plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with common social media platforms
  • Experience analyzing web, email and campaign metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including exceptional proof-reading skills
