 About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate Campus Marketing Associate that will help develop, execute and optimize Grubhub’s collegiate efforts. This position is responsible for the management and execution of the strategic campus marketing direction of the brand; tailoring brand-marketing initiatives to the collegiate landscape. Creation, planning and execution of campus marketing programs, including events, brand ambassador programming, grassroots initiatives, digital & social efforts and more. Position has a strong focus on growing the collegiate user base and building brand awareness, brand love and word of mouth for Grubhub.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own the development of Campus marketing strategy and any campus partner agencies while working with internal and external partners to ideate, create and execute all campus targeted efforts
  • Continuously measure and report on campus activities, trends and campaign results while delivering insights to drive continuous improvement and reinvestment strategies
  • Support on-going marketing programs. Participate in the strategy, execution, and program maintenance of acquisition & brand campaigns
  • Responsible for reporting metrics and tracking goals against each campaign. This includes, but is not exclusive of, prospect lead engagement, new diner impact, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and LTV
  • Leverage consumer research and target insights to help drive innovation and relevant marketing efforts to this consumer audience
  • Serve as a company subject matter expert for all campus efforts. Act as an expert in this space.
  • Drive cross -functional efforts across marketing and the organization at large to continue to push the adaptation and execution of Collegiate strategy and the value of this segment.
  • Act as a local CMO across all targeted zip codes. Ensure the right media mix based on each unique environment. Isolate the best balance between acquisition and awareness focused activations.

You Should Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, & business as related fields
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a blended focus on brand, acquisition, experiential marketing, &campus focused marketing
  • Strong competency and experience with using campus as consumer segment and as a market, personally and professionally
  • Experience with key technologies and related industry tools.
  • A creative and innovative mind, ahead of trends and an understand of what is relevant
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, summarizing results and making recommendations based on findings
  • Ability to think strategically and suggest creative solutions
  • Proactive approach and enthusiasm to problem identification and solving
  • Detail oriented and efficiency-minded – balancing strategy with operational requirement
  • Comfortable interacting with different levels of management and leading cross-functional, cross-regional teams
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities
