INESQUE will help users keep up with friends and trends with its next-generation social shopping platform. INESQUE connects like-minded people, enabling them to see relevant recommendations from a trusted community and then shop, save and share all on one application. The days of finding something you like on one site, seeking completely random, likely corrupted crowd-sourced comments about the product or service on another site, then looking for a discount promotion code that only works a small percentage of the time on yet another, sharing what you found with friends on still a fourth site, and finally buying it on a fifth site where you get loyalty credit are over. We do it all beautifully and seamlessly from one application. We are seeking a self starter who wants to help us build our Campus Ambassador program. This is a truly unique opportunity to impact the growth of one of the hottest start ups in Chicago, and work alongside some of the smartest serial entrepreneurs in the country. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Sales and marketing experience coupled with organizational skills, a process-driven approach and the desire to work within a small, elite team. Previous campus ambassador experience a plus. PRIMARY DUTIES: This role will be to promote INESQUE.com and our respective mobile apps (iOS and Android) to student brand ambassadors on campus through student engagement strategies and college and university job boards. These strategies will incorporate social media and face-to-face interactions with students who are interested in part-time jobs or getting work experience in the marketing field. We need someone with an engaging personality who enjoys meeting and recruiting new people who also have outgoing personalities. Building a solid network of students from large Colleges and Universities is a primary responsibility of this opportunity. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build a Program to have students promote INESQUE and increase app downloads and .com awareness and registrations on campus. Teach students how to execute classroom presentations to campus associations, clubs and teams on campus. Teach students to how to optimize career center visits to build relationship with campus career centers. Build relationships with alumni to get them involved in INESQUE campus recruitment activities- i.e. Job fairs, information sessions/mixers, and classroom presentations. Attract students to the INESQUE jobs website to encourage other online Campus Ambassador applications. Teach students how to network with key influencers on campus to spread the word about INESQUE(social networking is a major part of the Campus Ambassador role) FULL TIME TO PART TIME: Assist with sourcing candidates for specific programs throughout September to April and increase the number of online applications during this time. Promote specific opportunities and attract students to apply online. Identify new event and marketing opportunities on campus. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong presentation skills. The ability to work independently. Outgoing personality to approach students and tell them about INESQUE's great job opportunities. Enjoy being the center of attention and confidently answering questions about INESQUE as an organization. Confident talking to key influencers on campus (including professors and class/club presidents) and building networks through these Opinion Leaders. Strong social networking skills.
