bswift is a Chicago-based technology company that provides industry leading benefits administration for employers and exchanges nationwide. We are currently looking for Client Analysts to join our team in downtown Chicago!. The Client Analyst will be responsible for building client sites by developing customized databases, data collection systems, and by utilizing multiple data analysis techniques. The Client Analyst will also be tasked with identifying, analyzing, and interpreting relevant trends or patterns within complex data sets.

Responsibilities:

· Build client sites through developing benefit plan rules, details, texts, and documents

· Identify and interpret data patterns and trends through performing data analysis

· Execute and oversee testing on sites to ensure proper functionality and quality

· Perform regression testing on software to discover enhancements or needs

· Conduct audits on client system data and produce detailed summary reports

· Collaborate with external vendors to resolve data analysis discrepancies

Required Qualifications and Education:

· Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates and seniors) with a focus in health systems management, economics, finance, statistics, information technology, mathematics, or related field

· Advanced proficiency with MS Excel; ability to perform VLOOKUPs and create pivot tables

· Prior experience with data analysis, data interpretation, and data manipulation

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data sets

· Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous data analysis experience, including data interpretation and data manipulation

· Healthcare industry experience

· GPA of 3.0 or higher

Additional Job Information:

The Client Analyst will be asked to successfully complete a 7 week Analyst training program. The program is designed to prepare the Client Analyst for the day-to-day responsibilities of the role.  The training content is delivered by bswift teammates and via classroom-style sessions and is designed to augment one’s analytical, troubleshooting, and consulting skills. Additionally, the Client Analyst will be asked to complete daily quizzes in addition to read all of the required Kaplan Insurance Licensing material.
