What You’ll Do
As a Client Solutions Analyst, you will be a part of a dynamic team that is responsible for using our proprietary software products to develop and execute reports and other deliverables that are purchased by our clients. You will help our revenue team plan, configure, and deliver strategic solutions to Fortune 500 companies with large marketing and advertising budgets. You will also participate in ongoing product research and development initiatives including the ideation and testing of new technologies and approaches to solving age old marketing problems. The Client Solutions team works on multiple projects simultaneously and often has tight deadlines, so your self-motivation, organizational capacity, and responsibility management skills will be put to good use. Our team also doesn’t take itself too seriously, so your sense of humor will also thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis using NI’s proprietary technology and develop both templated and customized reports for NI clients
- Work with sales prospects and clients to interpret request and translate those needs into defined deliverables
- Conduct online research to identify creative ways to define target marketing audiences and configure them in NI’s proprietary technology
- Conduct online research to understand various topics for purposes of building queries in NI’s proprietary technology to accurately collect statistically valid analytical datasets
- Collaborate with other members of the Client Solutions team to develop new analytics and reporting capabilities using existing technology. Identify potential product features and functionality for the future
- Work collaboratively with a variety of internal stakeholders across different teams to support client and internal goals
- Develop subject matter expertise on a variety of marketing strategies and tactics to inform the reports and deliverables you create
- Take personal accountability for workload and manage your time across multiple projects
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience in analyst-type role in a marketing department or agency
- Experience using SaaS marketing technologies
- Strong database and spreadsheet skills
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven knowledge of use cases for social analytics and data insights is a plus
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to function independently and as a member of a team with humility, intelligence, and a strong work ethic
