WHO ARE YOU

You are driven and motivated to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of all key clients. You’ll work alongside our Client Success Executives (CSE), who own relationships with our largest and most strategic enterprise clients, to motivate and ensure customer satisfaction that drives impact and action. As the customer satisfaction liaison, it’s essential that you have the innate ability to build internal and external relationships, are self motivated and have strong project management skills.

You have a passion for positive client outcomes and thrive in a culture of innovation. Experience working with high growth, tech organizations is a plus. You understand that retention, adoption and growth strategy are key areas of driving impact through client success and are a solutions oriented evangelist that is driven to establish trust, credibility & respect in order to do so. You’re seeking to drive tangible impact in your next career opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in Healthcare or on a client facing team;
  • Ability to excel with the ambiguity and uncertainty of a hyper-growth company while demonstrating strong judgement and adaptability;
  • Outstanding customer service skills and attitude, with the ability to successfully answer questions, resolve problems, and provide general assistance;
  • Highly entrepreneurial, with a high level of energy, dedication, and unrelenting drive to succeed;
  • Provide candid feedback about areas for improvement so we can continue to scale Outcome Health;
  • Ability to operate with a hands-on style; has a natural inclination to maintain forward momentum;
  • Ability to build relationships through strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to travel to client locations as necessary (approximately 10%).
