Who We Need:

Our ideal Colorist/Finishing Editor brings with them the technical knowledge and creative drive to take our current content to the next level. You will work closely with the post-production team to both develop and execute a highly efficient process to maintain quality across our patient-education network. We need someone with both a strong eye for detail and a passion for using color to help elevate the storytelling process. This individual will be responsible not only for color correction and grading, but also for scaling our technical resources and production workflow to fully optimize our finishing process.

ContextMedia places emphasis on delivering best-in-class health related media. Therefore, it is imperative for the Colorist/Finishing Editor to hold quality in the highest regard; but also pair this with a sense of urgency for execution when required. Our Colorist/Finishing Editor sets the visual standard for our creative content; what is created is viewed by hundreds of thousands of patients across the country, helping to inform them about their healthcare providers, and how to make better healthcare and lifestyle decisions.

​Qualifications:

  • Degree or comparable background in film editing or finishing
  • 3-5 years experience in professional post-production environment
  • Strong proficiency in Da Vinci Resolve or comparable platform
  • Familiarity of Adobe post-production workflow a plus
  • Ability to work with production team to develop an optimal footage workflow
