G2 Crowd is looking for hardworking and dedicated full-time employees to fill the Community Marketing Associate position. Community Marketing Associates help develop an active and engaged community of enterprise software users. G2 Crowd is a business software review site that has been featured in TechCrunch, Forbes, Bloomberg Businessweek, and other news outlets. We were also named a finalist for “Startup of the Year” at Built in Chicago’s Moxie Awards.

Primary responsibilities:

• Community recruitment – Grow community membership by engaging LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and other relevant online community/forum members

• Community relations – Interact with the G2 Crowd community to maintainengagement, seek feedback for improvement, and grow the user base by referral. Monitor community engagement and take action to improve engagement when required.

• Community development – Help come up with and put into practice new strategies and tactics to grow our community and the community-generated content on our site.

Secondary responsibilities:

• Social media – Help spread the word by blogging and/or promoting G2 Crowd through social media

• Marketing strategy – Participate in developing social marketing tactics
