Leapfrog Online is seeking a skilled Content Producer to join our User Experience (UX) competency in a contract capacity; this role will work cross-functionally to implement and maintain high-volume consumer-facing, conversion-focused websites and e-commerce applications. Candidates should have 1+ years of experience, preferably working with targeted, data-driven transactional experiences and e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, maintain, and optimize content architecture used within our targeted, data-driven transactional experiences and e-commerce flows.
- Participate within the UX Team—comprised of Creative, Front End Development, Content Strategy, and Content Production—as a meaningful, collaborative contributor to ideas, process, and innovation.
- Work with cross-functional teams across the organization to provide Content Production perspective to potential solutions and communicate enhancements.
- Asset organization, optimization and management.
- Perform site audits, peer reviews, and test components built to be utilized for content production.
Qualifications:
- Experience working within a modern CMS environment using modular, reusable components for building dynamic content.
- A dependable problem-solver with an analytical mind and demonstrable applied experience with modern development standards and practices.
- Complete competency using web browser developer tools to troubleshoot problems and test finished work.
- Strong familiarity with standards-based, semantic and well-formed HTML 5 markup and CSS.
- A working knowledge of JavaScript and experience with tag managers (Google Tag Manager, Adobe DTM).
- An ability to build and comprehend data table structure for use within database queries (Microsoft Excel experience strongly recommended).
- Comfortable with using PDF editing software (e.g. Adobe Acrobat), interactive prototyping tools (UX Pin), and leveraging copy documentation from stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, communicative to stakeholders, and able to effectively manage time and priorities.
Set Yourself Apart:
- Prior digital agency or consultancy experience.
- Experience with Accessibility Concepts and Implementation (Section 508, WCAG 2.0, ARIA).
- Exposure to or experience with JSON.
- Experience with modular templating (e.g., Handlebars/Mustache) in the context of content management.
- Experience with integrating content with web-based applications and services.
