Corporate Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, your role will maintain and grow our corporate brand, plan internal company events, organize philanthropic efforts in the Chicago community, and play a pivotal role in promoting strong company culture through office perks, team-building exercises, and much more. Primary Responsibilities:
- Promote and exemplify company culture
- Organize internal events, including company happy hours, holiday parties, and team-building activities
- Demonstrate a love for giving back, motivating you to organize philanthropic initiatives for Load Delivered’s “Think Community” effort by building strategic partnerships in the Chicago community
- Source and order branded gear
- Brainstorm and coordinate creative office perks to boost employee engagement
- Collaborate with Human Resources to deliver collateral and branded gear for recruiting events
- Demonstrate professionalism, but still have fun and be authentic
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, advertising, communications, or relevant major
- Previous marketing/event planning experience or internship preferred
- Strong project management skills, delivering high-quality work on time
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
- Passion for marketing, company culture, and philanthropy
- Continual display of personal ethics and company values
- Commitment to collaboration, serving as a team player
