Customer Success comes from the heart. As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted guru. You are an energetic customer facing professional who will engage, retain and drive our customers’ understanding of existing and new product offerings. The customer success manager supports the post-sales lifecycle for Payline Data portfolio of customers. As the customer success manager for each customer you will be improving their experience as well as driving success via Payline Data’s insights, technology, and best practices. The ideal Customer Success Manager will be passionate about Payline Data’s solutions as they are about delivering an experience for every customer that is outstanding. You are expected to be an active listener and strategic thinker that understands by wearing the company and customer hat it will equal success for both.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the subject matter expert to each customer. You will drive the onboarding process and ensure the successful launch of the customers first application. Manage the customers experience from beginning to end, and guide the customer to the right resources as needed. Engage customers and ensure they are receiving the service they expect.
  • Develop an understanding of the customers’ business drivers. Work with customers to establish goals, key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy. Establish a trusted and strategic relationship with each customer, and continue to drive the value of our product and services. Your efforts will also focus on development and retention for the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product.
  • Familiarity working with clients of all sizes.
  • Detail oriented and analytical.
  • Strong team player but also a self-starter.
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms.
  • Understanding of technical knowledge and terminology. i.e. programming languages, scripting languages, and databases.
  • Proficient in Office products.
  • Prior experience in closing sales deals.
  • You are driven: No one needs to push you to excel.
  • Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use.
