As our Design Lead you will lead the development of the Tovala brand. You’ll obsess over our customer's experience and perception of Tovala, from unboxing the first meals to re-ordering for the 50th time. You will lead a creative effort that provides a consistent and unique Tovala experience.

- You have extensive Creative Suite skills.

About the Role
We’re at the beginning of defining the Tovala brand, so you’ll work with the team to truly build the brand from the ground up across all channels: digital, print, hardware, software, experiential etc.
Immediate development tasks would focus on leading development and design of key creative deliverables required to bring Tovala to market, from the app user flow to the meal packaging design. You’ll work with software engineers, front-end developers and the marketing team to develop Tovala’s marketing collateral, e-commerce experience, UI of the appliance, and UX of the IoT app.
Longer term you will:
- Guide design and strategy for product launch and support.
- Work with the Marketing Director to create creative and persuasive communications to customers.
- Own the creative development and approval process.
- Develop systems for creating assets for marketing and e-commerce.
- Build a creative team that complements the company’s mission and culture.
