We are seeking a Digital Content Producer for a unique role working closely both with our marketing operations and creative teams. You will become a subject matter expert leading implementations and training users in Leapfrog’s custom CMS system, as well as a go-to for content management once sites are up and running.

We are looking for tech savvy project manager and content management specialist with experience writing web copy. You'll work both independently and as part of a support team, confidently managing a variety of interests while interacting with product managers, subject matter experts, and account team members. The range and timelines of assignments varies and projects require fast turnaround and excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration efforts to build sites into Leapfrog’s custom CMS system (including page build-out and user acceptance testing)
  • Perform project management duties to move migrations forward; including cross-functional, conducting QA testing, creation of implementation plans, marketing test support, and new page build-outs
  • Manage site changes, from content updates and testing, to customize pages, new designs and adapting CMS templates
  • Provide product training & expertise to across the marketing operations team
  • Provide product feedback to enhance the CMS product to increase user adoption, providing solution proposals, configuration and implementation options based on best practices

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 2-3 years professional content creation and project management experience
  • You have knowledge of end-to-end content lifecycle, content publishing, content deployment processes
  • You can effectively communicate technical concepts to other technical and non-technical team members
  • You thrive in a cross-functional environment working with developers, account managers, software engineers, media and marketing operations
  • You are constantly learning and are excited about digital marketing, ecommerce and technology
  • You want to sit with developers as they turn a user story into a feature to learn how it works.
  • You are able keep track of tight deadlines with lots of moving parts and still have presence of mind to have fun along the way.
  • You’re not afraid to just jump in and get things done but you also know when to ask for help.
  • Outside the obviousness of the job, you generate new ideas, thrive on learning, and are a pretty nice person on top of all of it.
